John Peek has accumulated over 40 years' experience as a content analyst and consultant, latterly as joint MD of respected UK-based media consultancy company TAPE, working with TV broadcaster, distributor and production company clients to help them make informed decisions. He has in-depth knowledge of major commercial markets including the U.K., U.S. and Australia, and the particular and unique challenges facing content providers in each territory. He is a regular attendee of annual international programme markets such as Mip, Mipcom and Natpe, as well as the Los Angeles Screenings, showcasing brand new content to international buyers.

Ben Philpott originally studied at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School (specialising in TV Production), before training as a cameraman at the BBC Film Unit, and becoming a freelance, BAFTA-nominated Director of Photography, working on both scripted and non-scripted projects. He set up his own company, Sky Rocket Media 12 years ago, providing a range of media consultancy and international business development services, working alongside leading content commissioners, distributors and production companies.

Hugh Wright is based in Los Angeles. Hugh began his career as a development executive at Fremantle North America, and is currently a producer on the hit gameshows Family Feud and Celebrity Family Feud. He has worked on productions including The Price is Right, The Asian Excellence Awards, The Outlaugh Comedy Festival and the Red Bull Escape Room World Championships. In China he has consulted for producers and broadcasters including JSTV, Hubei, Now Productions and Dragon TV, and he created the talent formats Dream Maker (Beijing TV) and I Want To Be A Star (Tianjin TV).

Paul Youngbluth was also joint MD of TAPE Consultancy, where over a number of decades he amassed a unique and diverse working knowledge of what it takes to connect with the audience. Experienced across a broad range of international markets - from the U.S. to South Africa to China - he has worked closely with a wide variety of content developers, helping them fine tune their creative processes, understand the factors that drive audience engagement, and use tools such as audience insights, preferences and data to identify where commercial potential exists.
